I made it to the second round of a freelance job but when I let the recruiter know that the interview went well and to keep me posted on any next steps she never got back to me. I emailed her twice after that and still no response but she has been active on LinkedIn. Should I just assume I don’t have the job? Earlier before pandemic the salary on an average was YOE x 2.5 means
5 yoe was 12.5 lacs appx and so on

Now it has just got increased by factor of 3 or 3.25 i.e. 8 year of work ex 8x3 = 24 -27 lacs

What do you think has led to this shift?
