I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. Hi, i was interviewed at cognizant and after HR asked me to fill CIS form to get into HR round. It's been a month, i didn't get any call from HR. I tried sending emails to HR multiple times but no use. Do i still get the call from HR ?

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. I haven’t heard back since and yesterday I reached out to the recruiter to get some status updates. She has not responded. It’s already Friday. Is it a bad sign or am I overthinking?

Any tips for getting through behavioral interviews and/or tailoring stories to ambiguous questions on the fly?
I’m perusing a TPM role (faang/fortune50) and getting through SD and PM interviews just fine.
I’ve prepared at least 50 retrospective star stories but without fail, the interviewer always throws a curve ball. As an introvert, I am introspective in my problem solving and struggle to quickly adapt my prepared stories when the interviewer is being intentionally ambiguous.
