So I got an offer with Google (Cloud Consultant). No other offers, but this is a pretty big low-ball. It's actually less than a Big 4 contract position I turned down. I'm feeling conflicted since there's no coding involved on the job, I feel that I will be losing my hands-on coding skills, which may hurt later as I would love to start a startup at some point, as a technical founder/cofounder. I have accepted tcs offer letter and have given tentative joining date on ibegin portal but the location and joining date has not been updated on the ibegin portal. Any information on how much time it will take.

I received offer in TCS and has joining date of 21-Feb. Last week I requested for a counter offer with HR and he agreed to take that case and match. After all this I received another offer (2.5 lakhs more than the offer I shared with TCS HR) now how to proceed. Whether it is wise to ask again for counter.. if yes please help any..

Only after that she can release the offer letter. It's been more than a week since that discussion. How much time does it take from final HR interview to getting the offer letter?
