I am going into a new company with a technology stack i am just aware of and which i didnt have hands on for. Will the new company know it when they are doing BGV ? Will the company also enquire on which projwct did we work and which technology did we work.
Please dont say that its bad. I worked in support project before. someday or other we need a change. I felt like I need to take this oppurtunity to do so.

I have not taken the Employers contribution to NPS and the other flexible benefits into account.
Your base salary is shown as 86k which includes employer's contribution to PF. So your in hand will be 86k minus 6k employer's contribution and 6k employee's contribution to PF as well. That's how you get 74k in hand before taxes for sure.
NPS is max capped at 10% of base salary afaik, so the NPS contribution will mp be 64k per annum. Remaining 4.4 lakh I am not sure, might be LTA, food allowance or wifi reimbursements things like that, which you can claim against bills to save taxes. That part you need to clarify with the HR.
