It’s been 18 month since my firm forced promotion or severance on to us as they eliminated my position. They promised an increase in commission based pay at the end of the licensing period. Its been 2 months (6 pay periods) since I completed this and no change. They say they are waiting for the licenses to post officially, but have all the evidence that I’ve passed. Should I demand back pay for the last 2 months they’ve been paying me as an unlicensed banker while I’m actually licensed?

Hi!Would like to get some perspectives on the Walmart and Amazon offers that I just received. Slightly more interested in Amazon Fashion's work but it's offered at $80K less than Walmart...
A few questions here:
1) Is the Amazon brand better than Walmart that's worth $80K in TC?
2) Are Strategy roles better perceived than Marketing roles and will have higher long-term pay potential? (I went to business school where almost everybody wants to do Strategy...)

Anyone knows why DI is delaying the onboarding for a bunch of folks selected through campus placement? Some of the hires started their their onboarding in Sept and are well settled in the system and recent update from HR is that for everyone still waiting to get a joining date needs to undergo some training and up skilling program for 12 weeks ( a reduced stipend will be paid along with 1st months salary). How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.
