I have received offer from Accenture. They have provided ~50% hike fixed to fixed. And also provided 15% joining bonus. Is there any capping of the bonus percentage? Also, what is the max salary limit for level 9 in Bangalore? Asking since I have to refund retention bonus. Joining as Splunk Admin.

When they payout the bonus for the year, it is paid in September for PwC while FY end in July. I assume it is also withheld 40%. Feels like there’s a lot of time value lost in bonus.
