Hi,
I have given tcs interview on 25th November friday and interview went well , the same day i got mail to upload documents. I have uploaded the documents on Saturday. And status of documents got changed to verified today. And my status from 25th is same 'Evaluation in Progress'.
HR who called me to upload document is not picking my call today.
Any idea when I'll get call from HR. My notice period is still 2 months more left. Will that have impact?Tata Consultancy

Are there any recruiters from IBM who have information on their apprenticeship program (Soft Eng)? I have applied and my application is under review. How much knowledge/skill set does one actually need to get into the new collar program? From what I have gathered online, it's kind of a mixed bag and can take a long time to onboard someone. I am self taught, know the basics of two languages and have some small projects to show. Just wondering if there is anyone that has been through this process.

I suggest redoing your resume using keywords used in PM roles in Tech. For example, I need to see how you communicate with your employees and what type of software you use.
add a professional summary
Great ideas! Thank you!
A summary would be great. Also see if you can use a format from google docs or microsoft word online to make it look a bit more modern and polished. The headings/underline looks a bit odd as well.
Iāll take a look at some new formats, thanks for the feedback!
Your bullet points are a bit wordy. Usually, I advise about 5 or less bullet points for your most recent or relevant position, then 4 for the next few. Once you have enough job history, really old positions get 2-3 bullets to save space (or come off if not relevant). Try to reword what you have here for succinctness and only include the really important/impressive bits.
Someone feel free to disagree with me on the next part, but I almost never look at relevant coursework when making a hiring decision. There are students who work hard and absorb the material and students who barely show up to the final; listing a class doesnāt tell me much. You could nix ārelevant courseworkā to save some space.
Thanks for your help! Iāll shorten the bullet points to make them more concise. Iāve heard similar points regarding relevant coursework so Iāll remove that as well.
Another thing I'm seeing clients ask for is that they want to know which roles you gained experience in specific technologies. I would suggest listing your technologies within roles either as a list below your shortened details of the role or bolden within the description.
