For change management practitioners, what are some techniques you use to gain buy in from change management adverse leadership teams? I am trying to use less OCM terminology and “rigid” methodologies but I received feedback that I’m still not meeting the client where they are. How can I drive change adoption more subtlety?

New Yorkers: What are you paying in rent these days? Im single in my late 20s making 155k and recently decided to finally get my own place w/o roommates. Paying $2600/mo (2300 net) for a studio. It's an elevator building in Manhattan with a concierge etc. Before this I was only paying 1200 with roommates. I am still trying to get used to justifying this price tag every month for something I dont own. 

It is always very hard for me to be content with my photos and feel my photos are pretty enough to keep… even though technically my appearance is fine and am in good shape. Eventually I just barely take pics. I feel sad for myself when I see all the other girls posting fabulous pics… 😞 Does anyone else feel the same? 😞
