I had did 70℅ good in the 2 tech discussion in Deloitte for cloud architect role having 10yoe.
The panelists was not that much comfortable with my interview but seems they r interested in me.Deloitte says my profile is on hold as they r interviewing other candidates. It's been 2 weeks since I gave interview and still only 2 weeks left for my lwd. Will there be chances to release offer becuz of immediate joinee.

Hello! I have an MBA and am working on a DBA. Change Management (most likely as a consultant) is my goal, but not a lot of opportunity for this kind of work exists in my area. However, as it did for many others the pandemic changed a lot for me. I am now able to be remote, relocate or even just travel a lot. I have worked for the last 10 years, but most of my experience is in business management. I am needing advice on the best entry roles or development programs to break into the field!

I interviewed for an Associate Director position in Student Life within CUNY. Both interviews went great, especially the last one with the director. I was informed that I would hear back from them within two weeks. Long story short, it's been over two months and I never got a direct follow up as told; however, I see the exact position reposted on multiple sites, including on CUNY. I called HR and they were the ones who informed me that they decided to interview a new pool of candidates.

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. if they won't do counter in that case would they allow me to join on the same compensation or not since i would loose Mphasis as well till then. btw i want to join JPMC
