*Hot salary negotiation tip in case this is helpful for any other juniors out there* When taking my current job I was not very impressed with the offer, but wanted to take the job for other reasons. The recruiter proactively offered me to be approved for OT pay at time and a half. TBH I didn’t think too much about it at the time but appreciated what seemed like a genuine effort. OMG now that I’m working 55h+ weeks... GAME. CHANGER. Do it.

I'm a conservative who believes Biden has won, and, we'll lose the senate. And, just to get ahead of anyone asking why, I simply don't see a viable path for Trump to get 270. Based off of the tax plan put out by Biden, if your a partner, how much will your income drop/money will you lose? I've seen that his plan focuses around the $400,000 mark, so let's say that's your salary. I'm not a tax guy, so I don't even know if I have this worded correctly, so go easy on me.

I’m making just under $55k. I haven’t had movement in my salary in around two years. My best work has come in the last two years, however, and my managers are aware of this. A promotion - god/holding company willing - is anticipated in 2021. I was told by a coworker in 2017 this next step in my career would be at $60k. That was then, though. With all of this in mind, am I out of touch to try and negotiate closer to $70k if need be?

Hi fishes, I recently got an offer from Epam anywhere (Lead Software Engineer A4) - 30LPA and Uplers - 32LPA (offer being rolled out) So far i really like EPAM anywhere as an employer but overall CTC is not satisfactory.. I am aware of their 50k bench policy but i think i can ask for a fixed CTC as per the new salary structure (correct me if i am wrong here) Do you guys think i can counter EPAM anywhere with the higher offer.
