Currently a RPA BA with 1.5 YOE, wishing to switch because of the toxic team management in the current project.
Need advice on the following:
1. Want to switch to a product analyst role - is this advisable and what all to pursue to land a role in product?
2. If switching to product is not advisable, then what all can be improved as I’m currently just a RPA BA desperately wanting to move away from all the toxicity.

As someone who will be a third year in January (by BL standards), what’s the best way to approach lateraling to a v50? Cold apply? Recruiter? Referral? Any input appreciated.

As a cis/hetero white female associate at a small firm in Austin, TX, what is the best way to not assume binary pronouns while maintaining a certain level of formality? Everyone speaks to and addresses correspondence (except some emails) to clients, opposing counsel, etc. to Mr./Mrs. (last name) as a sign of respect and courtesy, which obviously assumes he/she pronouns. Do we address correspondence to (first name)? Put a preferred pronoun question on client intake forms?
