Hi Fishes I have one offer from one company which is giving me 12 lpa and as I am joining early I have asked them to give me 1lakh as a joining bonus also which they have taken into consideration.
On other hand, I have an offer from EY where they offered me 9.34 LPA. Today I mailed HR and asked for 15 overall with 13 as fixed).Do you guys think they will be able to match that. In my opinion they might die considering I have almost only a year experience as Full time Data Scientist

Try this: Ask jio for counter offer as you’ve 26L offer in hand. If they give you then negotiate with CTS and try to get target 30L+
Why this: Because you can get 100% hike with your yoe and tech.
Also try to more offers to reach the target.
For 26L (70k variable) your take home will be around 1.7L pm
Yes it’s good one compared to jio wrt location and CTC
I would recommend joining CTS. It's dead man walking. But, the salary difference and the most important fact that Jio's location is Mumbai are the facts to consider. Try reaching out to Jio for counter, that's my suggestion.

CTS has a reputation of firing people at very critical times. It's only trying to make up for its image by giving out good packages to new hires. If recession hits the market then it's going to show its true colors again
