Hi Fishes.. I have an offer of 6.5 lpa (fixed) from brillio & have cleared the technical round of TCS. The HR round for TCS is yet to be scheduled. YOE- 1.8, Tech - AWS. How much do you guys think TCS can offer on top of the brillio offer? How to negotiate with them based on the offer in hand? My Ectc is 8.5 lpa.
