🔥I asked for #1 joining bonus in BNY but not received joining bonus.
#2 Demanded 10-20% extra on current offer but they matched offer and release offer without discussion ( I accepted as backup )
Week of difference in 1st company (wk-1)& BNY( wk-2).

Bny purposely release matching offer ? will they increase offer & provide joining bonus ?

Note: 1 month NP pending & nothing in pipeline ( reduced interview call)

Best way to handle such scenario to get best result from bny

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience (agency) and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry.
