Does anyone know what does salary band c.45 GBP mean essentially?

I have been working with EY for around 1 year now. My current package is 3.6 LPA which i feel like very much under paid as i joined after completing Mcom. I got onboarded as a staff 1. How much should be the market standard salary and position that i should be getting. Can anyone please help in getting an idea as i am really feeling like i am getting no result even after doing a lot of hardwork into delivering high quality work.

I accidentally sent an email to my whole team (9 people) that was supposed to go to my immigration lawyer. In this email it had information about my base salary. Compensation is still a taboo in my company and I’m wondering if this email will have any negative repercussions?

PS: I make $200K and some of my coworkers make $80-100K

Finished undergrad 2018. Did an internship in the summer at NYC and started as a full-time at 67k. It’s now been a year and finished the year fairly strong. What should I expect to get for next year?

A couple of weeks ago I filed a default package, asking for 60k. Mind you, to get to this point, complaint was never answered, statement of damages was served, heard nothing, request for entry of default filed and served, heard nothing. But now, out of the blue, my firm gets a call from defendant’s attorney, asking us to stip to put aside default. Thoughts on how to proceed.... do I agree to stip? Or do I tell them to shove it just like they did to my clients complaint?

Firms should provide at least some billable equivalent credit for vacation time. A vacation isn’t actually a vacation if you have to later make up the hours to ensure advancement and/or a bonus.

Okay pay for A&M is higher but from the deals i have come accross i am not impressed at all. I would say from firms i have seem accross only EY had some constitent degree of fdd quality and impressive analyses. Which FDD firm do you think produce the smartest and hard to contest reports?
