How is WLB, benefits & lay off in Axtria?
After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept.What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

That's okay. Every company has certain budget. Your demand maybe in line with your market value, but if they can't afford it, you can't do much.
They'll never say that they can't afford. It's bad for their Brand. And also they always employees to feel guilty pf expecting high salary.
I have worked with Fujitsu for 3 years ...They don't have many quality project and have most support projects ..The best they can offer is 24-24 lac which is your current ..

You can ask for atleast 30-35 range for 14 YOE with 24 current. So 28 is not at all high for expected CTC.

You should ask atleast 50% hike. Minimum. VMware is most sought out now, adding cloud to it. You will be golden.
You can minimum demand 36LPA. so don't accept anything less than 32LPA. You are 14 years experienced.
Simply reject them. Job security is not good in Fujitsu as well.

Fujitsu is famous to reject offer at last moment coz of budget approvals . After HR discussion, they go in black out zone . You chase and they will say we can’t pay you this much and will quote 4-6L lower than your expectation

May be they meant what you are asking is too low and that is why they will not roll the offer. With your experience you should have asked 60-70 irrespective of your current CTC.

There is some template.
First you will get call from some person he will schedule the interview and he himself will take interview ( same set of questions)
And then HR will call you and ask for expectations and they will agree whatever you ask. They don't deny or will negotiate. They ask you to share documents, once they recieve docs they will black out.
After you chase them they will just tell you your having high expectation we can't proceed further. They don't even negotiate with you. Just reject saying your current salary itself beyond our budget.
That's where I get doubt, if in case they could have said on first call itself. Why interview? why documents?
