I was reached out on LinkedIn by a design manager for a get-to-know call. I have never done a screening call with a design manager before. I haven’t sent her my resume— She didn’t ask, and I completely forgot.
My resume has my portfolio website and a password, but I kinda want to chat with her before sharing my work, so she can see how passionate I am and I am willing to learn before she sees my work. Is it okay if I don’t share my resume before the screening call? Or omit link to my website?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.

I am waiting for a potential OL… this waiting time is killiiiinnnng me lol. My interview was June 6. I had great interviews and I would be the perfect candidate for this position! I emailed them last week but no answer yet. They did the same before scheduling my last interview, they popped out of nowhere! In team matching after the specific PgM role (Cloud) I interviewed for was filled internally. Was told my interviews were very strong. Any advice for navigating this process? Have had a great experience with recruiter/team thus far.

I need to push my starting date by 1-2 weeks due to my h1b transfer not coming through on time. I have notified the recruiter about this concern and they said it’s easy to change push the start date in system.

Need your advise: Employer filed for Manager role - PERM approved May2021 ; however, I-140 was not filed bec I was not promoted this yr. Employer wanted to restart PERM for Senior role. This means staying for that role until I get GC.
Is it better to just leave & look another sponsorship? If I transfer, is it always the future (Manager role) filed? I am thinking that it’s better to be filed as Manager in the new Employer instead of staying at the same role in my current employer. Your thoughts?

Hello, what questions are usually asked in a tableau developer interview?

I gave 3rd round interview yesterday with hiring manager and hr called and said I cleared it and there is one more final round with On-site manager.

Today he called and said that the hiring manager who took my interview forwarded me to another panel and there is one more round with different manager and only if I clear then there will be another final round with on-site manager

what does that mean?

I am scared to give tech interviews and I always feel that I am not ready yet although I am performing very well at work. Any tips?

I am learning Big Data at the moment, and have knowledge of Python and ML, AI, SQL, Tableau.

Have no knowledge of DSA though.

YOE 5 years. What are the next skills that I can aim for to get a much higher CTC, or is this enough and more practice and projects are enough?
