When buying United tickets through the Chase portal, would I be able to add my united rewards number so the flight shows up on my app? Or is that not possible since chase books through Expedia?? Would it be better to transfer the points to United and book through United? I hate it when I make a reservation and I have a third party confirmation instead of the hotel/flights confirmation. Same Q but for booking a Hilton hotel.

I’m a campus recruiter for an asset management firm. I started this job at the end of April and it’s honestly been chaos since then. I don’t feel like it’s been fulfilling and it’s very admin heavy…really just not what I was expecting from being in campus before. Now I feel stuck and don’t know how to navigate out or if I should try to just stay and hope it gets better. I have also been questioning if being a campus recruiter is for me, but I do love the early talent space. Any advice here?

I wasn’t sure which bowl to solicit advice from so hoping to catch a bite here. I’m currently in ID. Of course, I want OUT! My interests are L&E and corporate. My options are 1) wait it out where I am in hopes to switch to L&E or 2) in house oil and gas industry transactional work. What would you do and why? Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

Might be an odd question: we have multiple great ideas and sources of funding. Would it make sense to build out a portfolio of the companies as a fund or to build them directly? Concerned about spreading too thin by pursuing them all but all have significant potential. I have always been more entrepreneurial, never really thought about scaling up and running multiple companies. Thoughts?
