Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else? Please help!

I have a query, my Current Salary is 3.15 Lacs with 3 years experience in Customer service , I applied for new position in Airbnb and salary negotiation is next step, how to know what are the market standards for this job and as per discussion with other employee with same experience , he is getting 5 Lacs in that company but asking for 5.5 lacs is like 70% , I was hired by my last company during pandemic and was offered no raise from my previous salary

No change in diet/exercise, but have accumulated multiple cuts - including deep cuts - on hands that have not healed (whether due to nutrient deficiencies or stretching of skin from all the handwashing). As natural healing will not occur without action, what are some measures I can take and specific products (moisturizers are not enough) I can apply to expedite this healing process? I developed Pavlovian symptoms to refrain from moving hands beyond neutral position for pain/damage prevention 😭

Took three days off to be with my wife while she stays at the hospital to visit her mom, who just had a stroke. It’s sad that I even considered whether I should take time off but earlier on in my career I definitely wouldn’t have, so hopefully my priorities are getting straightened out. For those of you debating whether to take the time off, trust me, take it.

Once it ended in late August, they didn't take on ANY intern full time. Been job searching for the past 3 months. Its been 7 days only but for one query I am trying to connect with HR, but he is not responding anymore.
