I know pwc offers fully paid leave to take care of sick parents - maybe your company has the something similar. You can check with your HR
I think you can use FMLA to take unpaid leave to care for a sick parent. Also worth checking if your employer has a paid leave you can use or even a LOA. I’m in the same boat and am traveling a lot on weekends, adding a day or two when possible...I also recommend looking into paid support. It is overwhelming. Make sure you’re sleeping and look into therapy if you need for yourself...happy to talk further if you want to DM me.
