2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Need some advice if I should invest in pension fund or life insurance if I’m planning to leave the country (Germany) in the next five to seven years and never go back. I’m 30 and I used to live in Singapore. Joined the PR and had to pay pension but then I left Singapore and moved to Germany after 2 years and it costs more to pay for all the admin and notary than what I can actually withdrew from what I paid after tax... so I threw that money away in the end. This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.

I am currently working in big4 audit as a manager (20 LPA CTC), my wife is in a tax role in diff big 4, same CTC.

We have a Canada PR but are not getting jobs from here so will have to go there and apply. Average salary will be around CAD 80000-85000.

I have a job offer in NZ for 85000 NZD. My wife will be able to work, but will have to go there and find a job.

We are confused what to do, as she feels it will be harder to get a tax job in NZ. Looking for any advice.
