Qualifications : B.Com (Hons.) M.Com CA Inter and Currently pursuing MBA (Finance) thru' distance mode.

1.How long should I stay in this position before making my next move?

Exploring solutions consultant role at L4, 4 yoe in mgmt consulting incl MBA:
Q1. How operational are the responsibilities? Have heard about having to meet targets for number of tickets resolved. Concerned that it's all about executing vs delivering long-term impact

Q2. Does the role provide enough transferrable skills, given the area is in ads policy? Is it too niche / limiting in terms of internal transfer for example?

I was reached out by a recruiter at PwC for salesforce position. The recruiter mentioned with my 3 YOE, all in consulting with 1 of it being in SF implementation, I would come in as experienced associate or maybe a senior associate. My understanding is associate is same as analyst as Deloitte. Is this correct? Also what’s the salary range I should aim for? I mentioned at least 120K total.

Anyone know what firms/teams have already moved back to regular travel? (At least biweekly, even?) looking to jump to a role that will let me travel regularly. (In the analytics space)

If u apply for a role at an MBB that is focused on automotive, are u stuck in that for a bit?? Or do u get to move around?

What about if I worked in automotive stuffs and then got a masters in a year or two in something different? that would let me escape working on auto stuff right??? Maybe??

I have my masters in nursing/FNP (1 yr) making <K70 (Indiana) due to low patient census in my role. No desire for a different FNP job nor to return to bedside nursing (RN 5 yrs). I have heard of some individuals with remote positions making >K100 with little to no experience in tech or consulting after doing a boot camp or cert?
If you pivoted; What’s your current role/ Income & what did you do to complete the transition?

Is anyone out there fairly happy with their role/firm? I’m considering moving to tax from audit because I’m much more interested in tax and feel it provides more value but it sounds like the hours can be even worse so I’m hesitant.

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

Hi all, received an offer from a ny startup. Company offered a MLE position with two package options -

1. 110 base + 5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
2. 130 base + 1.5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
Current strike price ~$5
Exercise price ~$1

I’m wondering if people here could provide an estimate on how competitive an offer like this is? I expected something closer to 150k base but not sure if that’s unrealistic or not
