I have joined tcs last week. I have 10+ yoe. They gave me C3B position with 25 lpa. Can anyone please tell me what kind of role usually C3B - Associate Consultant get into? Is it similar to Team Lead? After joining, till now i just had one interaction with my manager and he asked me to complete all the mandatory trainings first. Also, upon asking about the kind of work he didn't give any clear answer.
Can anyone please help me with this?

The most annoying part of an interview process “create a presentation on our product you know nothing about and present it to 3 people who know every last detail about the product”. It’s not a shortage of people applying, it’s the unnecessarily long interview processes. When many companies are now adapting this, no one has time to put together multiple presentations after normal working hours. Hiring has gotten so complicated for no reason.

Have got offer as Level 6 at Salesforce as Associate Engagement Manager. Salary 180k plus superannuation.

My current role is account executive in a tech services company. Look after 3-4 small accounts.

Is this a low ball offer:

1. In terms of salary?
2. In terms of designation?

Staff 2 here that will promote to senior in the fall. I just got offered an internal auditor position for a public company in industry for about $11k more than I make now. Is it worth to jump ship now to industry or stay at EY? Would love all perspectives.

If I only have 30 minutes for a technical interview for a PE ops role, am I expected to know how to build a 3 statement model? I would assume it’s filling in missing items and calculating out items like the cash flows, but wanted to see if others had any insight.

Just had an hiring manager straight out declare that they need several months and ballpark of 30 (!) interviews to hire someone. It’s not even a crazy prestigious firm. In this job market. Thoughts? How can someone be so out of touch? It sounded like a dealbreaker to me considering everyone is interviewing with multiple firms at the moment (at least I am) and I see no valid rationale for that long of a process.

I am trying to move from my farming role back to an outbound prospecting position. I have a couple screening calls for some pretty awesome companies and I would love some pointers on how to beat the objection that I have only been in my farming role since June. About to receive an offer from a company similar to my current but w/a Senior title. The compensation is only slightly better but I like the product better and could use a fresh start. I was recruited for the role, as I was planning on waiting til after I moved to a new state to start a job search.

After 5 weeks of my resignation I have not got any official document from TCS, i have connected with HR nearly every week or 2 week but not got any official document neither contact of the separation team.

Is it normal? I have 1 and half month notice remaining, all formalities can be done within that?

I am not getting much exposure to technology and hence asked for release. My manager luring me to get me promoted and is not giving me a release date. I don't want the promotion, because it will give me very less raise, instead I want to move into a good account with more challenges so that I can learn more. What to do now? How can I get the release? Plz suggest
