Hi, I have an offer which gives me batter increment in salary I have tried my best to find out about my project and time shift but they are not responding me properly, Now my LWD is very near and I have 2nd thoughts in my mind to stay. I also have couple of offers from big MNC in waiting state. If I stay then again I have to server my 90 days notice period and may be ask to sign a bond as well.
Please suggest me how to deal with such situation. So that I won't regret in future. 🙏

Hello Everyone. I have been promised an on-site opportunity to Europe in Feb 2022. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? Those of you in therapy.. how do you fit in your sessions? It’s extremely difficult to find availability right now and I finally found a therapist who has Mondays at noon. I blocked it off on my calendar and then my boss scheduled a meeting for that time 🙄 I don’t really feel comfortable telling her why I have to go to an appointment every other week but I also don’t want her to keep ignoring my blocked off hour!
