Hi fishes, How exactly the work differs in deloitte from deloitte USI. Is consulting at deloitte USI as a consultant (based in India) a backend profile? Which would be better in terms of perks/work life balance/ opportunity to travel and career growth. Same query for KPMG VS KPMG GDS

Gentle reminder: COVID transmits largely through airborne water droplets - nearly all transmission is through large, respiratory droplets. Masks aren't to protect those wearing them, but those around the wearer. A barrier prevents that cloud of droplets from moving far from the wearer. It isn't a perfect solution, but it does dramatically reduce how far those droplets travel. This is how masks are effective. Anyone saying they aren't effective is only considering effectiveness for the wearer.

I recently started (5/mo ago) at a new agency and everything is a 180 from my last role and I’m honestly getting discouraged. Everything from pitching style and media approach to the types of clients (I was told in the interview process I was going to be working with some clients but that has totally shifted) and I feel like my experience and expertise is both not valued and ideas shot-down at every turn. Hi All, Am a developer mainly working with SQL and I want to move to AWS (devops), so I started to learn & practice few tools such as terraform, saltstack, prometheus, etc. But I do not have hands on a live project, any ideas if companies would take in beginners in AWS ? Even though there are cloud projects in my domain it is a bit difficult to get into those projects as my lead & manager give me the standard answer "you're a critical resource for our project" :( Any advice guys ? I’ve been working in cyber risk in the federal sector for a few years and I’m finding I enjoy “advise” projects much more than operate/implement (I’m guessing on the implement piece since I’ve done pursuits for it and seen the technical sections, but I haven’t done the work). If I wanted to pivot into a strategy firm and stay federal (or government in general), what firms would be ideal? I’m not basing it off prestige (MBB vs non MBB).
