Have single handedly made 2 global models and 2 country level models and optimized one country level model from 400gb to 87gb as of now. Have even completed L3 anaplan. Was approached by Deloitte and EY for the senior role. My current CTC is 8LPA,how much can I expect next?

Had a salary hike in April this year and now looking for promotion and my manager is ready to promote right away but without salary hike as i already had 2 salary hikes this year but will get that hike for promotion in salary in next April.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
