Landed a contract role at Deloitte via with MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee at MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? I have two offers in hand currently one from Accenture as cloud sr operations sr analyst 10.28 lpa and one from Nagarro 15 lpa as senior engineer .

Both the offers are for Devops role and i was interviewed on the tools and technologies used in devops

The thing is i have total 4 yrs of IT experience but as a support analyst not as devops guy. But i have learnt by myself AWS , Kubernetes, Jenkins Ansible , Terraform etc
