Made it to Amazon last round, and rejected. All I got was an email from the recruiter saying they didn't move forward. The team seemed great, and the turnover didn't seem terrible as everyone I interviewed with was there for 3 years or longer. It seemed like a great group doing good work. I'm crushed.

Why the heck WLB is so bad in ZS across all projects, why cant senior leadership do something about it when they know it is the major reason many talented candidates are declining their offer.

I’m in the final rounds of my interview process for a NYC Hedge fund, non tech role. The recruiter mentioned the compensation package is bonus heavy which can be multiples of base salary. Though they will guarantee a full bonus (sign on + year end) for my first year. 300k target

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.

What type of questions should I ask the recruiter about the bonus payouts? Vesting?

Really tired of going to 3 hour second interviews and either get a response about we have chosen to move on with someone else but we encourage you to apply to other jobs. When I do get interviews, I get "we decided not to fill this role," or I get to the final round and am not selected. I am looking for advice on my resume and cover letter.
