I am planning on applying next year.
I have two choices in front of me that I need help with.
1) Stay in my company. Most likely to become a manager by the end of the year. Will make the same (due to high OT right now) and no WLB.
2) Go to another firm that will pay 10-15% more + amazing WLB. If I take the role, thinking of putting in crazy hours towards the GMAT.

Does the manager, same salary outweigh the increase in salary/good WLB/more dedicated time to GMAT?

I am a recent undergrad graduate (engineering), have been working in consulting (ZS) for a couple of months, but would like to try my luck at MBB, specifically BCG. If I get a referral, how likely is it that I will get an interview? (Given that I have been in consulting for a couple of months and that I am not a student anymore that can recruit through campus)

I have tried to help candidates with feedback. but i think i am going to just start sending generic emails and say tough. main reason is, I have been getting one of 2 reactions. 1, they argue with me on why the feedback from the interview is wrong. or 2, they fish for information that they feel the process was unfair. rarely do i get candidates that take the feedback and appreciate me doing that. anyone have similar experience?

I had an interview with tcs 2 days back. The interview went well, and I was able to answer 80 percent questions. They have asked me about joining preference and all. They ended the call saying that feedback will be communicated later by HR. I have not received any communication yet. How long does it take to get the feedback from TCS. Should I expect any more communication from them as two days are already over?

How honest are you during interviews in regards to the value of the user research / user testing you did leading up your projects?

Asking because based on my experience (10 YOE across startup tech and corporate) most user research / user testing is mostly insignificant from a statistical significance POV and often done to check off the “did user research / user testing” box.

I had my interview at IBM on Monday . I finished 2 rounds .. 2nd round was managerial plus salary discussion . My 1st round had gone really well .
I have only completed 9 months in current organization and manager was surprised that I already want to leave. What are the chances that they would release offer letter or select me .
