I’m in the middle of an interview process for a senior consultant position at a top 10 consulting firm. I just got offered a promotion to engagement lead at my current consulting firm and a significant comp raise. I’m still interested in continuing the interview process, but the original salary range I gave to the recruiter is now lower than my new salary post-promotion, and I’m now in a higher position than im interviewing for. - bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.
