What are the current salary trends for CSM profile in Saas based organisations? I feel like I’ve been low-balled at 82K CAD with 12 YOE across different domains a - 5 years in Customer Service and 7 years in Project Management & Client Success. My ask was 120K, but given the recession fear I took what I got. Thanks!

My current base barely breaks $160K but the equity brings TC to about $185K however we are still private so not really $185K. I’m not enjoying the current role and am beginning to look for other opportunities internally. I do like the company culture and people. Should I try to stay and accept the lower salary or take a risk and jump?
