Has anyone here ever been on the receiving end of a PIP? Ie 30 day performance review? What was your experience during that window and leading up to (hopefully) quitting to take another job or getting fired? Do people just ride it out and accept their fate and interview their tails off? They have already given the offer to someone else, but they still want to bring me on board and they asked me what I would like to do. Hi all, received an offer from a ny startup. Company offered a MLE position with two package options -

1. 110 base + 5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
2. 130 base + 1.5k options over 4 years with yearly vesting
Current strike price ~$5
Exercise price ~$1
