What is a fair USI salary for manager in S&A? I am an Indian citizen and GC holder (married to US citizen) moving to India for a year to take care of a parent who aren’t doing well. Partners have approved a temp transfer and they offered 43lpa for Manager, is that a fair salary? Is there anything else I should ask for or talk to them about? My current base was $196k base and 42k bonuses as a 2nd year manager in US.

So let's say spy drops another 15-20% but anyway it will come back to those levels may be in a year or so. Why everyone is so anxious about drops. Granted valuations are outrageous and unsustainable but 5 trillion free money won't go back to feds like that. Also retail participation had gone so even retail is small they will try to buy dip wherever possible. Given all this background why do anyone have to worry about drops.

Had joined Infosys in May 2021 and almost 9 months are done.
Had received some joining bonus and it was written that it will be taken back if i leave the company within a year.

Have resigned last week so 10 months are completed but my last reliving date is after three months (NP) i.e after completing 1 year..
So will they consider dat of resignation or last day of employment..?

Is it recommended to register to the alumni portal only after LWD ? As it is written to the portal. My separation officer told to register before LWD it doesn't matter. However everytime I am getting email stating 'Registration failed, provided data are not matching with the one we have in TCS'. Please help.
