I am a strategy consulting enthusiast from a middle class family. Don't have the financial stability to take a loan for an MBA and hence had to drop some renouned admits this year ( Think top IIM's) due to family circumstances. I still dream big and request you to provide some insights for my research:-
1) Average expected package of an associate
2) Average experience expected at ZS to get hired at associate level
3) Good books to upskill and ace the consulting case interviews

Can anyone recommend good books or articles on startup org charts and hiring? Think we’ve hit early signs of product/market fit, but not sure who to hire next, in what order, and how the org should evolve over next few years.

Looking to leave my auditing position with only 3 months of experience... I'm in a relatively small firm, and my manager's micromanaging is insane... Want to go into advisory, any advice is welcome.

Parents (from India) visiting with us for a couple of months (in NYC). What should I do for health insurance during their visit? They are both 60+ and have pre-existing conditions.

I was in induction session for 2 days. And they said we have to do a lot trainings, find your purpose, EY badges, 180 hours learnings and etc. Honestly asking how much of these things you guys are really doing everyday? Not doing these things full heartedly will impact my appraisal.
These unnecessary programs and all were one of the important reason why I left TCS.
