I'm a service company guy working from last 5+ years. Now when I'm on notice period I'm also getting interview calls from product based companies which takes D's algo rounds. Can you please suggest the shortest way to learn these things? How long it will take? I have basic ideas about data structures but not much comfortable with problem solving.

I worked FT as a paralegal and went to law school in the evening. I recently interviewed at a small ID firm in employment law with about 9 attorneys. They asked for a writing sample. I dont have anything recent but provided what I had from last yr in a legal writing class, it was not enough for them. I became licensed this May so I dont have an array of motions to pick from. Then they asked for my undergrad transcript, at this point, I am now annoyed They are not Biglaw. Are they going overboard

The reasons given were basically that I was not a great match for the team. My manager said they wanted somebody who was more aggressive; I take full responsibility for my performance. It is unfortunate I did not receive much feedback, and the few feedback I received was actually kinda positive lol. In any case, I'm learning from my mistakes and looking for opportunities . 4 years of experience 2 SWE at startups/msft and 1.8 years as PM at upcoming tech company

I am onstantly getting through the Hiring Manager rounds for the companies I am interviewing for but after the peer rounds with PM/Senior PMs I am getting rejected. Ine of the companies was Walmart which had 2 back to back interviews with a Group and Senior PM and I got a reject. Can the fellow PMs give me some guidance as to what I maybe missing.
