I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Does anyone have helpful hints on how to manage the interview process in terms of timing? I have 5 opportunities going in various stages. Two of them are in 3rd interview stage, and a “perfect role” just popped out of nowhere from a recruiter in early stage. I realize that companies have very different timelines too, but how do you all queue up your personal timeline to be able to consider multiple offer(s) if it leads to that?

My boss just told me he'll stop paying for our Notion subscription because he sees no use. This is a guy who still requests you install Skype and won't use Slack like the rest of the team. We have Jira but nobody uses it either.

Is strong academic background a criteria to get a lateral job in Accenture strategy? I have strong supply chain planning background (4yrs) and belong to a tier 1 Bschool in Delhi 22batch. I believe I am not paid as per my experience and skills in my present consulting job, hence I want to switch. But I am not getting any CV shortlist.. be it Accenture strategy or Big4.
