J recently got job offer from O9 solutions as associate pre sales architect and being offered 28.6 lpa. Fixed 26 lpa and variable 2.6 lpa. And 963 esops. Shall I accept the offer.? O9 asks for working from office in bengaluru. What shall be the maximum njmber i shall accept if Blueyonder tries to retain me. Also I want i get into google and microsoft o9 Solutions

I’ve been working as a contractor for 3 years renewed 6 times and they’ve been promising me a promotion to be hired full time for a while now without a raise. Finally I’m getting hired as a full time employee with benifits. One of the benefits is an annual bonus of 16%. This is 20k which is a lot of money for me. I’m devastated that I was told that I missed the cut off to qualify for the annual bonus by just 2 weeks. I’m told my start date is Monday, but I have yet to receive any paperwork.

At the end of each interview, I always followed up with “Was there anything on my resume that I could provide some clarification for you?” This allowed my interviewer to bring up any further concerns/questions and let me really highlight my strengths, and gave me a chance to alleviate those concerns for them. I really do think this was a key factor as to why I got the job I did!
