I had an interview this morning and the hiring manager told me they had a hard stop at a certain time, but the interview went over that time by a couple minutes and they kept asking me if they could answer any other questions. How good of a sign is this or does it not mean anything?

I would love to go in house but I don’t really have the traditional practice background - I’ve done mostly professional liability, with some labor and employment. I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.
