My CCTC is 16 LPA with 2.3+ YOE. Now I’m planning to switch. What minimum fixed component I should accept as an offer while doing the switch?

Helping current employers prep job spec for my replacement. Salary was a factor for me leaving but minor relative to other things.

Due to inflation at its highest rate since 1982, I feel that I am not being paid enough. I can’t afford things on a day to day basis and I think I can make the same amount of money in gig jobs for cash downtown. During the Trump administration I was doing just fine financially - now it costs me so much just to get to work. Checked customer service with Lenovo and they mentioned their products have international warranty. However, not sure if Lenovo India would honor it.

Just got off the phone with a recruiter who asked me what year I graduated from my MBA program and college and effectively told me I was too old for the role. I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question.
