Hi folks I recently switched and my package is 13 LPA but as the role was not aligning with my goals so I switched again within 2 months. Now when I got interviewed for this new org(which is a unicorn). At starting they agreed on min 20% hike + 1lpa as a Joining Bonus. But while giving the offer they gave the same amount of 13lpa.
