Can some help me with Transport facility details for MasterCard Pune.

1. What is radius of Transport facility i.e 20/25/30 KM from office?
2. Is there any policy / restriction i.e within Pune city limits etc?
3. Is Transport provided to all employees or only to those who work in shifts?

Currently an M in big four consulting, focusing on IT Strategy & Operating Model. Getting a bit disappointed with pay (currently 63k + benefits) and the type of projects we are moving towards (more SI).

Trying to understand possible consulting moves, I would ideally like to remain in consulting and have been approached by Capgemini Invent and PA. Both pay better, but not sure about reputation / future opportunities with this move.

hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
Anyone else faced this problem earlier?. If yes how did you act on it?

Partners/shareholders - how many hours are you expected to bill on work vs client dev and firm/associate management? Glassdoor mentions the salary range as 9LPA to 14LPA
Is is fair to ask for that range? Given my CTC is so low?
