Hey all, 3rd party recruiter reached out to me about a job. We had interview which I think went well. I did not give my salary expectations, but the recruiter provided the hiring budget.

After sending resume, I am now being asked my current income. Seems expectation is ~20-25% comp increase when you change companies. Effectively it would be a promotion, but the budget would be significantly more than 25%.

Do I inflate my current comp? My wife said she had to find a paystub for her job.

Constantly asked to prepare signatures packets for one off documents, compile one off documents, etc. all for deals I’m not even on. I declined the multiple offers for this company including Capgemini and in Capgemini I was getting a manager position.
