I have been working on tools like Jenkins and Git for CI for 2 years now also I am leading my Regression Testing Team and I also have experience in Perl language also I have recently started learning Docker, Kubernetes and their implementation along with AWS will soon complete the course and what other things I should go through to grow my career in this field also I know couple of languages like Java, C , C++, Perl & Python

What are you all doing to upskill as the geniuses in AI development fast track our demise? Any plans? I constantly fantasize about going back to school and going down a comp sci path maybe even PhD

I recently started my first post-college job as a software developer and have to make a decision pretty soon: front-end development or back-end development. I really like being closer to the user and the creativity as far as front-end. But I also reallly really enjoy math and logic and the more complex side to back-end. My dream would be to do full stack but thats not an option. Scared of getting pigeon holed. Any suggestions as to what to do / tips?

Thinking about leaving Product Management.

Did anyone regret getting an MBA?

I’ve been contemplating doing it since undergrad but never felt like it makes sense for me. I’m 27, getting promoted at work and have no plans of changing industries right now.

I’m just feeling a little FOMO seeing friends in MBA traveling the world, partying and making new friends. If I were to get an MBA it would only be for the experience and potentially the network (though I’m in Asia so I’m not sure how useful the network in the US would be).

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to figure out dosage and medication over the past month and wanted some insight from people who may have more experience with diff doses. I started with 5mg Adderall for 2 weeks but it stopped being effective around the 4-5th day. I switched to 10 mg for a week and it was good but a bit up and down, so switched to Vyvanse 30 mg for a week, which was too strong.
