Currently I am trying to create network in linked in and naukari but still not getting the response from some companies like JP Morgan or mindtree etc.

Can u help me to understand what is the best way to create a network to some major companies.

I know applying directly to the company site mostly doesn't have any benefit or will take long time to schedule the interview.

I quoted my salary to the recruiter and I think I lowballed myself (I’d be moving states and I didn’t do enough research, rookie mistake I know). How should I approach this with the recruiter?

I recently worked with a recruiter from Robert Half for a position they contacted me about but I ended up not getting an offer. Recruiter mentioned that if I am interested in other job listings they can help me get more information, etc. My question for you all, what are the pros/cons of getting them involved with getting more info about listings I see? The experience I had with RH was mostly positive. I think the negatives were with the company and not RH.

I’ve been an LPN for 8 years, predominately in pediatrics, both in patient and home healthcare. I’ve worked in medical offices for 10+ years before that. I was looking to explore options outside of bedside nursing/direct patient care, do I have many options? Why Interviewer want to insult candidate rather respect them ? Why 99% interviewer ask candidate about Pluto. I mean ask something which has no relation with application, project. Why this mind set ?? Why thr is a ego fight. If I know everything why I will join your company. We are not Architect !! Only those 6 companies have Interview pattern. Else everywhere it depends on interviewer, selection depends on thr mindset.

I see people who are doing 1st round technical asking, What is your current, expected CTC, offer. This question was not asked before 2 years in first level. Why should the tecnical person ask it!!! Some people might compare with their salary and reject the candidate even he is good in tech stack..

Gave first round technical round with a company today and it didn't go well. When asked about CTC, I said current is 24, have offer for 33 and I am expecting 40. Good day to shocked Interviewer🤣
