How to get a roll off from project Where's there's alot of dependency on me as of now but I really don't want to continue due to mental pressure and not much to learn. How can I start and what can be a good reason to get a roll off?

My controller is giving an opportunity to become a project manager, but only offering a 3% increase to $80k; how do I negotiate higher raise with the promotion (aka more job responsibilities) even though no one will be reporting to me. My company also just hired three new staff at my level and they are all making $10k-$15k more than me for the same job!

My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way.
