I am selected for Infosys they have shared link for launchpad portal for documents upload and verification there is an option for NSR?
Can anyone tell me is it compulsory to register on that portal now or i can do that after joining? As it is asking me to pay fees to register and i am not sure i will join the company

Received an offer for a data strategy manager role in PE with base at $135K, 20% target bonus, RRSP match at 100%. Base is same as my current role but the bonus and RRSP match are significantly higher which will make my total comp at 175K. Thoughts on the offer? I have 7 YOE in consulting.
