I am working as a Data Scientist in an service based MNC and have 2.9 YOE. I work on Python, SQL, PowerBI, Pyspark, Azure and have a salary of 5.6 LPA (including variable pay).

I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(
