Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple

Highly underpaid bro
You should be getting 15 plus at least.
Stay for six more months min.. it looks like recession
if you are good at your work, then definitely underpaid buddy.
Service based company CTC are follow this trend in the current market based on my observation: yoe*2.5 (lower limit) , yoe*3 (avg) , yoe*4(max). However, there can be slight increase in these limits by couple of lakhs based on skillset which are in more demand.
Sidenote: Though some CTC may sound great, you should always consider how much in-hand you're getting. Sometimes even lower CTC from one company may give you more inhand
Switch to a start-up and you will earn a lot.
Next switch should get you 10-15lpa assuming that you actually are good at these tech and have good project exposure
Look for another opportunity bro
Underpaid of-course. Try looking for a job outside. I’m sure you’ll be able to bag 3 times your current CTC (if you’ve skills within you)
You need to make a switch and you will get at least 15lpa.
If you have worked on good projects then you can expect 20lpa
