Likely annual bonus of either $20-40k or 10k shares. What’s a reasonable counter? Current offer base would be a pay cut for me, but I believe in the co.

I sobbed for 3 hours today before giving a 30 minute presentation that I was perfectly prepared for and that went well. My diagnosed anxiety is too severe for this industry. I’m a high performer, Ivy League business school grad, with top competitor experience and I do good work, happily. But the intensity or high stakes or scrutiny involved with everything here wreaks havoc on my anxiety levels. The nerves are just so overwhelming. I thought I could manage this but sadly I can’t :/
