Hi all, ive been in my current role for over 1.5 years. I lead supply chain sustainability in renewable energy storage. Im paid 91k+10%bonus. I was the only person for sustainability for the longest time and set the foundation for all ESG activities. Now bc theyre public they hired a corporate esg director and transferred me supply chains to corporate governance to report to him. I remain at the same level $ currently, but I’m rallying for a manager position. How much $ should I negotiate for?
