Do everyone irrespective of their experience needs to prepare for DSA? Or they just want the Frontend developer to be proficient in HTML, CSS and JS just like they mention in their JD. And also do they consider people from Tier 3 colleges?

I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.

I heard that MC professionals in PwC US Advisory and Deloitte USI S&O work for 12+ (sometimes 16 hours) a day. How are you guys able to manage this? Don't you get frustrated working for so long and with minimal work life balance?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Is it possible to lateral into MBB? What pay can one expect at those levels ? Would be looking to lateral in as Principal/AP level in their tech/ implementation offerings. Currently a SM.

I recently completed the interview process with Thorogood Associates. After completion of 3 rounds HR asked for my salary slips but didn't gave a confirmation on whether I am selected or not. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything back from them. So, am I rejected ? Or do they generally take this much time to roll out offer letters ?
